SEASONAL RENTALS The
pre-Revolutionary three-story colonial house, built circa 1760 as a
schoolhouse, has been used as a private residence since the 1790s. Its many
charming, historic features remain intact—wide-board flooring and wall
paneling, fireplaces, wrought-iron hardware, and more. Just a few
steps out the door are Front Beach and Rockport’s many fine shops, galleries
and restaurants. Recreational challenges abound, as do opportunities for
rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
