RATES FOR 2011 July–August ... $950 per week* September–May ... off-season rentals possible *Shorter or longer stays possible when not otherwise reserved. A deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for the stay is required to secure a reservation. The balance is due on arrival. A 14-day notice or successful rental of your full reservation period is required for the deposit to be returned. If a new guest covers only part of the rental period, a pro-rata refund will be paid. We are sorry not to be able to accept credit cards, but personal checks and money orders payable to Sue M. Gee are fine, as is good old cash. The rental week usually runs Saturday–Saturday. Other arrangements are possible when the apartments are not otherwise reserved. Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Check-out is by 11am. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
